RECIPE- S'mores

When I go camping, I switch out my double bed for a sleeping back; my gas heater for a hot water bottle; and my WiFi for the wilderness. It's always a shock to my system, so I comfort myself with the only thing that brings me pure joy - food.


My intended solo vacation turned into a group trip when I met Diego, Herai and Zahi. We spent the weekend together. When I told them I was a food writer, they insisted on feeding me all weekend. I've shared their Pan Fried Trout with you, now you should try their take on s'more


Ingredients

2 digestive biscuits

3 marshmallows

1 milk chocolate bloc

1 pinch cinnamon


Directions

1. Light fire and wait for flames to calm slightly

2. Sprinkle cinnamon on digestive biscuits

3. Using tongs, toast biscuits over fire.


4. Take biscuits off fire and place chocolate on one biscuit.

5. Sandwich biscuits

6. Stab marshmallows with skewer (or branch) and roast over fire

6. When marshmallows are toasted to your taste, take them off the heat an slide into biscuit sandwich.

Serve immediately
